Technology Introduction

PRIMALOFT®

PRIMALOFT® is a high-performance insulation material that is lightweight, highly compressible, and provides superior warmth compared to conventional down.
This material was developed to mimic the structure of down. By synthesizing and entangling ultra-fine hollow fibers around thick core fibers, it forms a branched, three-dimensional structure similar to down.
This structure creates countless air pockets within the PRIMALOFT® material, smaller than groups of water molecules. These air pockets efficiently capture and retain heat emitted from the body, achieving excellent insulation.
Furthermore, because the material itself inherently possesses high water repellency, it can maintain high insulation even if the entire garment gets wet. This is a significant feature not found in typical down products, where insulation is greatly reduced when wet.

DRYER DOWN®

DRYER DOWN® is an innovative down material that we have independently researched and developed.

This down has undergone a special water-repellent treatment, completely eliminating chemical residues after treatment. Furthermore, a nano-level water-repellent agent treatment achieves excellent moisture resistance and water repellency. A uniform and stable polymer layer is formed on the surface of the down, maintaining its continuous loft in a natural state. Sweat after exercise is smoothly wicked away, and even in humid environments, it does not absorb moisture from the air, maintaining a light, soft, and fluffy state for extended periods. Additionally, even in continuously wet environments, it minimizes water absorption and dries very quickly, thereby efficiently retaining heat and suppressing bacterial growth.

Moreover, it is easy to wash and maintain daily, keeping it clean and comfortable for a long time.
