Note: Pilling on wool products
In all wool products, the occurrence of pilling is an unavoidable phenomenon due to the nature of the fibers.
This is due to the nature of natural materials and does not mean a decrease in quality.
① Reasons for pilling: Wool fibers on the surface of the yarn pull out due to friction and intertwine on the surface to form small pills (felt balls). This is a natural phenomenon unique to wool and does not affect the durability or function of the product.
② How to reduce pilling: Fibers that have come off the surface will decrease as they "slip off". If pilling occurs during the first few uses, lightly removing them with a dedicated lint remover (shaver) will significantly suppress further pilling.
